Dr. Mark Nolden is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon who specializes in injuries and disorders of the spine, including the neck and low back.
Dr. Nolden received his medical degree from University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison, Wisconsin. He completed his Residency at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago and was appointed Chief Resident in 2000. He received additional training in spine surgery at the Kenton D. Leatherman Spine Fellowship in Louisville Kentucky – one of the oldest and most respected fellowships in the country and part of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Neurosurgery at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
He is currently on staff as Clinical Instructor and Attending Spine Surgeon at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and St. Joseph’s Hospital, both in Chicago.
Dr. Nolden has authored several research articles for prestigious specialty journals such as Topics in Spinal Cord Injury, Orthopaedics, and Spine. Additionally, he has conducted numerous presentations within his field of expertise, covering subjects involving back pain management, cervical spine disorders, lumbar degenerative disorders, and vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty.
